Pull upward, and remove from retaining

Take off.
WARNING
Remove negative battery cables first. Touching ground while removing positive cables may cause dangerous sparks.
3. Two negative cable
Two nuts (6)
Using 1/2-inch wrench, unscrew part way.

4. Two negative battery
Two cable clamps (8)
Using battery terminal puller, take off.
