Quick-disconnect
Two clamps (2),
Using 7/16-inch socket, extension,
hose assembly (1)
screws (3),
handle, and 7/16-inch wrench, unscrew
and nuts (4)
and take off.
5.
Quick-disconnect
Pull off of frame channel (5) and out
hose assembly (1)
of truck.
6.
Quick-disconnect
Using 7/8-inch and 1 -inch wrenches,
body (6)
unscrew and take off.
7.
Straight swivel
Quick-disconnect
Using 7/8-inch and 1-inch wrenches,
adapter (7)
hose assembly (1)
unscrew and take off.
8.
Two couplings (8)
Quick-disconnect
Using 1 114-inch wrench and pipe
hose assembly (1)
wrench, unscrew and take off.
CLEANING
WARNING
Solvent burns easily. Solvent fumes can explode. Do not smoke or allow open flame nearby when using
solvent. Failure to observe these precautions could cause serious injury or death.

All metal parts
a. Clean in drycleaning solvent.
b. Wipe dry with clean, dry rags.
10.
Hose assembly (1)
a. Clean in clean, soapy water.
b. Rinse in clean water.
c. Wipe connectors clean with clean
rags dampened in drycleaning solvent.
d. Wipe dry with clean, dry rags.
