a. Using bit and hinged handle,

unscrew and take out.
b. Get rid of lockwashers (4).

Turn 90 degrees, and take off lock assembly (1).
INSTALLATION

b. Push onto stud (7), compressing
spring (8), and turn 90 degrees.

Put in place.
