Secure upside down in vise.

Hinge pin (3)
Using hammer and punch, drive
half (1) and hinge
out.

Hinge cowl half (2)
Take out.

New hinge pin (3)
Insert in door half (1) to check for

wear.
Pin should turn easily but there
should be no side-to-side movement.
If side-to-side movement, replace
hinge.

Hinge cowl
New hinge pin (3)
Repeat steps 11 thru 13 for cowl half.

If side-to-side movement, replace
hinge.

Hinge door half (1)
Secure right side up in vise.

Hinge door
Hinge cowl half (2)
Put on.

Hinge cowl
New hinge pin (3)
a. Push into hinge halves (1) and (2).
Half (2) to hinge
b. Using hammer, drive into place.
Door half (1)
c. Remove from vise.
