a. Using diagonal cutting pliers, cut off.
b. Get rid of.

handle, unscrew and take off.

Using 7116-inch socket, handle, and
7/16-inch wrench, unscrew and take off.

a. Take out screws (8).

b. Take out sensor (11) pulling cable (1)
through plate (10).

a. If bracket (12), wires (13), or sensor
(11) are cracked or broken, replace
b. If sensor (11) is worn excessively,
replace (page 2-589).
INSTALLATION

Cable (1) and
a. Put cable (1) through.

b. Hold sensor (11) in place.

Put through.

Two nuts (9)
Screw on, and tighten using 7/16-inch
socket, handle, and 7116-inch wrench.

Put on, and press together.
