Swivel sheave
Two screws (2)
a. Set handle (3) down.

b. Using adjustable wrench, unscrew
and take out.

Rear crossmember (4)
Swivel sheave
Move away from crossmember (4) until

guide studs (5) clear it, and take off.
DISASSEMBLY

Grease fitting (7)
Using 7/16-inch wrench, unscrew and
bracket (6)
take off.
WARNING
Be careful when removing screw and washer holding roller guide spring. Spring is under
tension and can pop off and strike you causing injury.

Roller guide arm (8)

Using 9/16-inch socket and handle,
washer (10)
unscrew slowly and take off.

Pin assembly (11)
Pin with chain (12)
Using slip-joint pliers, pull out.

a. With help from assistant and using
