Using flat-tip screwdriver, pry off.

Take out.

Take out, and push out of the way.

Unscrew, and take off.

a. Pull off of accelerator stop (9)
dimmer switch (10).
b. Fold down from top and in half from
right to left.
Do not crease.
c. Take out.
