Using diagonal cutting pliers, take off.

Clamps
Two nuts (16),
a.
Using 7/16-inch socket, extension,
(14) and (15)
lockwashers (17),
handle, and 7/16-inch wrench,
and screws (18)
unscrew and take out.
b.
Get rid of lockwashers (17).

Clamp (15)
Lines (10) and (11)
Spread clamp (15) apart, and pull out
lines (10) and (11), leaving clamp (15)
on remaining lines (19).
